to a small lake. The city warns to be careful as water quality
can vary. People need to pick up after their pets, especially
near the water because of water quality issues. The dog park
is located near the East Boulder Community Center.

is located on 34th Street, south of Iris Avenue and east of

Description: This area has a 5 acre off leash dog-park where
you can really let them run. It is adjacent to a 1.6 mile
natural multi-use trail area where dogs must be on lead because
of the sensitive habitats. The Open Space area is on the east
side of the highway down a short gravel drive, and the dog
park area is just west of the main trailhead; southwest of
the parking lot. Benches and port-a-potties are on site.
