Description: Dogs are allowed off-leash under direct voice control during certain hours and only within the perimeter bounded by the Portland House Property, the water side of the Eastern Prominade, and Cutter Street following the curve of the parking lot. Fort Allen Park is not part of the off-leash area. Off-leash play is allowed from April 15 to October 15, from 5am to 9am and from 5pm to 10pm daily. From October 16 through April 14, the off-leash hours are from 5am to 10pm daily.
