Bethany Baptist Dog Park

Description: The dog park is a 1.75 acre fenced, off-leash
area for dogs within the Bethany Community. Between 25 and
50 dogs visit the park each day with their owners. The dogs
play, run, sniff, and chase each other in carefree games of
tag in the spacious area. The park features receptacles for
dog refuse.

Description: The Big Sky Off-Leash Dog Park opened in 2005.
It is 3 acres and completely fenced. There are picnic tables
and water for your dog. You can walk your dog on leash outside
of the dog park in the 90 acre Big Sky Park with walking trails,
ponds and landscaping. The park is on the east side of town
on Neff Rd east of Hamby Rd.

only, from May through October. Dogs are allowed off-leash,
but not on the sports fields. The park is located off exit

Description: This popular regional park offers trails, a natural
area and picnic tables. Dogs are not allowed on the playgrounds,
sports fields, tennis courts, or in the wetlands and creeks.
They are allowed in the rest of the park but must be leashed,
except for the designated off-leash area. There is a 1.5 acre
fenced dog park that has trees, picnic tables and water. The
dog park is only open during the dry season, from May through
October.

Portland's Unfenced Off-Leash Dog Areas

Description: Portland has a number of parks with unfenced
off-leash dog areas. These parks are available for unleashed
dogs from 5 am to 12 midnight daily. The parks are Alberta
Park (NE 22 and Killingsworth), Cathedral Park (N. Edison
and Pittsburg), Fernhill Park (NE 37 and Ainsworth), Lents
Park (SE 92 and Holgate), Mt Tabor Park (SE Lincoln - east
of SE 64), Portland International Raceway (N. Denver and Victory
Blvd), Williamette Park (SW Macadam and Nebraska) and Wilshire
Park (NE 33 and Skidmore). Portland has additional off-leash
areas that have limited hours and other restrictions. Many
of the limited off-leash hours at the additional parks are
during the early morning and the evening hours. For a list

Most of the Portland Parks allow leashed dogs at all times.

West Delta Park Off-Leash Area

Description: This 3 acre field has a portion which is fenced.
No water is available. It is open year-round but the ground
gets soggy after heavy rains. Dogs are allowed off-leash.
The park is located off exit 306B on I-5 next to the entrance
to Portland International Raceway (PIR).

Description: This small, 100x100 foot fenced dog park is located
off of Burnham Street on Ash Avenue. There is limited parking.
The dog park is open during daylight hours. From the 217 Freeway
exit on 99W and head west. Turn left on SW Hall Blvd (south)
and right on Burnham Street after crossing the train tracks.
From I-5 North, take 217 and follow the above directions.
Potso Dog Park

Description: Potso Dog Park is named for the "first dog"
of Coe Manufacturing which allowed the city to use a 4 acre
site for the dog park. The fenced dog park has a separate,
smaller area for small dogs. This dog park is open only on
weekends in the fall and winter and daily during the summer.
